major obsession: maje

I don't know what it is about this dress. I certainly haven't jumped on the crop top bandwagon, my style tends to sway a bit more classic; however, this Maje dress {sold out} is doing major things form me. I haven't really seen anything else designed quite like it. I only wish I could find it in white!

#adamlovesmolly: ONE MONTH!

In exactly one month from today I'll be a bride!

I can't wait to marry my best friend and see everything that come together into what I know is going to be the most beautiful day ever. Right now I'm working with my wedding planners, The Eventful Life, to finalize details: place cards, chalkboard doors, flowers and let me tell you finding a way to declare what each guest will be eating on their place card is not easy. Jess and Steph found the most adorable solution via Etsy.

Besides getting to marry my handsome fiance, I'm looking forward to spending the morning getting beautiful with my bridesmaids, mom and {future} mother-in-law. I'm treating the girls to hair and makeup by Wide Eyed Beauty. I drool every time I look at the work of Gina and Maggie...swoon.

I wanted to make sure we all looked pretty while we were getting prepped, so again, I turned to Etsy to find a little gift to treat the ladies too. Silk and More on Etsy has beauty robes, that were not outrageously priced. They are cotton, not silk, which I really prefer and I was able to customize each person's robe to their dress size and height. The colors and prints are absolutely gorgeous. In my search for robes I was seeing packages that would have cost me over $500, not the case in working with Silk and More.

The bright floral prints are so fun and so romantic. They will be the perfect accessory to getting ready and sipping bubbly! I can't wait to share pictures with you and show you what colors I ordered everyone!

Molly Loves: Warby Parker

The Spring Collection introduces eight new shapes and six new colors
{and one very handsome male model}.

If you don't know who or what Warby Parker is, I pretty sure we're not friends. I adore this company and praise them for giving people with a lack of eyewear style the ability to unleash their inner four-eyed-fashionista.

Warby Parker specs are not only affordable and insanely stylish, but by buying a pair you are giving a person in need the ability to see. Warby Parker has given half a million people in need of eyeglasses a pair.

Most glasses are around $95 and include lenses - say goodbye to those $800 specs - no thanks {no offense}! You can do a virtual try on or better yet do an at home try on.

I love the classic Marzipan Tortoise and black. I have to say my trip to Vegas is begging for the Reilly in Marzipan Tortoise.

Molly Wears: Vegas Edition #adamlovesmolly

The countdown to Vegas is nearing! The sunshine hitting my face on April 4th can't come soon enough. It's a weekend I'm so looking forward to. Instead of all the bachelorette hoopla I wanted to keep my party simple and decided to just make it the bride + bridal party. I let my MOH's pick the destination, it was between Scottsdale and Vegas, and Vegas won. We all know how important Instragram photos are, so I'm starting my planning a bit early on what to pack in my suitcase. Let's hope this time it doesn't take a detour to Alaska. You better believe I'm bringing makeup, a swimsuit, and change of clothes in my carryon. I'm also super excited there is a Rent the Runway at the hotel we are staying at, The Cosmopolitan. So, if I don't like what I've packed I don't have to run and buy a $600 dress, I can just rent it for the night hassle free!

With there being so many things to do: pool, drink, eat, shop, go out I'm a little overwhelmed with options. I do know I need a cute swimsuit and it has to be a bandeau - tan lines in a wedding dress - big no no! I also know I need some snazzy going out pieces, right know I'm loving everything Clover Canyon and Parker. Both brands are sexy and chic without screaming - VEGAS - BOTTLE SERVICE - STRIPPERS!

#adamlovesmolly - the bridal shower

My three best friends since middle school  and bridesmaids. The most beautiful gals I know inside and out (ok and best dressed in any room).

The cutest photo setup. It included photos from the last 4.5 years of our relationship. The biggest surprise - photos of our parents on their wedding days. Adam's mom had a killer hat!

My lovely ladies again! Champange and mimosas were plentiful - thank goodness!

This weekend was one to remember. If I could single handedly thank 30 people in one Facebook post, I would. However, they will all receive handwritten thank yous on my favorite monogrammed stationary.

My two younger sisters, and maids of honor, threw me the sweetest bridal shower at the Yacht club in Milwaukee. A room filled with my family, Adam's family, close family friends, and my best friends on the face of this earth was so special - I will never forget how loved, spoiled and grateful I felt. Our new home is going to be stocked with the most beautiful treasures and each time I use them I'll get to think of the people I love so dearly. There are not enough "thank yous" in the world! I wish I had snapped a picture with my sisters, and one with my mom, and the whole group!

My sisters found these GIANT balloons and I fell on love. They also had guests fill out cute cards with advice for Adam and me - my Aunt Patty wins for the best "Never: eat sushi in Okalhoma."

My six bridesmaids and me are off to Vegas for a long weekend in three weeks and the wedding is about seven weeks away. On the top of my list is learning how to NOT cry. I get so overwhelmed with the love and happiness that the tears just flow! Thank god for Model in a Bottle - not a smudge on my face to be seen!

With my soon to be sister and mother in law!

My cute little mom and her dear friend Katie - who I'm sure changed my diapers when I was a baby - sorry!

My mom's name tag obviously said "Molly's Mom", Sherry who is another dear family friend wrote "Molly's other mother", and Katie's said "Yet another...Mother of Molly"! I loved it.

Have a wonderful end to your weekend! I'm writing this as we near Minnesota and have Beyoncé on in the car. XX m

Spring Story: Coral Moment

I ask again, "Is it spring yet?" I think everyone in Minnesota has had it up to their neck in snow. That's a literal comment, there is so much snow, and we just got four more inches last night. This outfit from ASOS is just perfection to me. The coral skirt, the shape, the jeweled sweater and the simple sandals. Ring me up, it's less than $60!

Pretty Product: Radical Skincare

I'm about to blow your mind and introduce you to my newest product {look up}! Before we get started, here are the basics! As many {ok most of you} know I'm getting married in May. May 10th to be exact. This means I'm being extra attentive to my skin. My current regime is pretty standard, but I truly believe it's all about the products and tools. Each night I take my makeup off with Simple Cleaning Cloths, I've found them to be gentle and they are also lovely to my eyelash extensions. I then use my Clarisonic and Mario Badeschu Glycolic Foaming Cleanser {this cleanser can be a bit rough, use it 1 or 2 time a week}.

There is a new kid on the block and I've noticed such a huge change in my skin in only two weeks. I've been using the Radical Skincare Age Defying Exfoliating Pads and the results are truly amazing! My pores are smaller, my dark spots {at the age of 27 it's more of unevenness and freckles) are diminishing, my skin feels tighter, and overall has a new glow to it! I don't have crow's feet yet {bless my heart}, but these magical pads are said to reduce them by up to 50% in just two weeks. I don't typically have sensitive skin, and using these three nights in a row my skin did get a bit dry. I switched it up to every other night for a few days and all was good. Make sure you moisturize after! I use a Kiehl's lotion, but I hear that the Radical Restorative Moisture is supposed to be amazing. If it's good enough for Jessica Biel it's good enough for me! At $150 it's a bit pricy, but in the name of beauty it's worth it! The exfoliating pads retail for $75, thats 2.5 months of skincare - worth it!

This is an Instagram photo from this weekend {hello handsome beau}! I do have to say that my skin felt great! I didn't need a ton of foundation and it looked incredibly even {ignore the flushed cheeks - dancing queen}!

Here's the details on the product from Sephora - Radical Skincare is currently available to those living in the US and Canada.

What it is:
A set of exfoliating pads to produce youthful-looking skin.

What it does:
These AHA and BHA acid pads exfoliate, support natural cell turnover, and accelerate the performance of Radical Skincare products. Its antiaging ingredients are proven to tighten and firm skin, reduce the appearance of pore size and lines, and preserve skin's hydration and nourishment. Excess sebum is removed while leaving the good oils to nourish and hydrate the skin. Enriched with chamomile for soothing and calming, it is perfect for sensitive skin.

I'm expecting to have a glow like you've never seen on May 10th. My skin is already on its way to being a happy and healthy camper! A sincere thank you to Radical Skincare for asking me to try this fantastic product. You've got a fan for life!
